Well, its my 3rd day into my weightloss journey and so far so good. Been working out, drinking water (feat in itself) and staying in calorie range. My starting weight is 155 Goal is 127
I get alot of help and support from http://www.sparkpeople.com/ They have a great support system and you can keep track of your calorie intake and calories burned during the day. Best of all its all FREE!! yippie
